Return & Refund Policy – LegendBricks™ Spidey Collector Book

At LegendBricks™, every collector book is carefully prepared to deliver a premium building and display experience. Because each set includes detailed components and accessories, we aim to keep our policies clear and fair for all customers.

🛑 Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before the item has been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You must wait until delivery and then follow the return instructions below, if applicable.

To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@legendbricks.shop with your order number.

🧾 Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged.

To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

📦 Opened Packages

Due to the nature of this product (1500+ pieces, stickers, and detailed components), opened packages cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue and packaging. Our team will review and provide a resolution.

💡 Light Kit (If Purchased)

If you purchased the optional light kit, it is also subject to the same conditions. Opened or used light kits are non-refundable unless defective.

🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen after delivery, as these situations are outside of our control.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier or post office to file a claim.
